We dispatch all orders in discreet, plain, unbranded packaging via tracked UK delivery. This policy explains delivery costs, timescales, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Delivery charges

• FREE Next Working Day Delivery on all orders — no minimum spend.

Delivery timescales

• Orders placed before 3PM on a working day are delivered the next working day.
• Orders placed after 3PM, or on a weekend or bank holiday, are treated as placed on the next working day and delivered the working day after that.

You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order is on its way.

We stand behind every product we sell. Every order includes a free pre-paid returns label in the parcel — returning an item is simple and costs you nothing.

14-day right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving any explanation. Once you notify us, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s) using the pre-paid label in your parcel.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. Your original standard delivery charge is included in the refund.

Condition of returned items

We ask that items be returned in a resaleable condition wherever possible. If you have any concerns before returning, please contact us — we handle each case with common sense and care.

Celsia Skin Rewards
Earn 100 points for every £100 spent. Every 100 points can be redeemed for £5 off a future order.

Points are awarded automatically, confirmed by email, and can only be used at celsiaskin.co.uk. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, exchanged, or withdrawn. We may amend or end the Rewards programme at any time.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will replace it or refund in full, including all delivery costs. Please report this within 30 days of delivery with a photo to support@celsiaskin.co.uk.

How to start a return

Email support@celsiaskin.co.uk with your order number and reason. Use the free pre-paid label in your parcel to send the item(s) back. Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the goods.

At Celsia Skin (TAK ZONE LIMITED), we handle your personal data in full compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We collect only what we need, use it only for the purposes you would expect, and never sell it to third parties.

What we collect

• Order data: your name, delivery address, email, and phone — used to process and fulfil your order
• Product-user date of birth: when your order contains consultation-line, medical-grade skincare, we collect the date of birth of the person who will use the products, to verify they are 18 or over and to support safe, suitable product recommendations. This is stored with the order record. Legal basis: legal obligation and legitimate interests — UK GDPR Articles 6(1)(c) and 6(1)(f).
• Payment data: handled securely by our payment processor; we never see or store your card details
• Browsing data: collected only where you have consented to analytics cookies
• Marketing preferences: only if you have explicitly opted in

Who we share it with

Your data is shared only with Shopify (our platform), our payment processor, and delivery and fulfilment partners — and only as necessary to fulfil your order. We do not sell or share your data with any other party.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or erase your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email support@celsiaskin.co.uk to make a request — we respond within one calendar month.

Consultation Declarations & Opt-Out
We record accepted consultation declarations (including consultation and patch test confirmations) against your account and orders.

To withdraw consent, email support@celsiaskin.co.uk with the subject "Withdraw Declarations". Once removed, consultation-only products cannot be purchased until a new consultation or declaration is completed. Previous order records may be retained where legally required.

Orders and contract

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel orders where a product is out of stock, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud — a full refund will be issued in such cases.

Delivery

Delivery is FREE on all orders — next working day, with no minimum spend. Orders placed before 3 PM on a working day are delivered the next working day; orders placed after 3 PM follow the next working-day schedule. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Prices and payment

All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely at checkout by our payment processor. We do not store your card details.

Consultation-only products

Certain professional-grade products are available only after a satisfactory free consultation reviewed by a qualified skincare professional, to ensure suitability and safety. By purchasing, you confirm you have completed this process or accept responsibility for your product selection.

Intellectual property

All content on celsiaskin.co.uk — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to TAK ZONE LIMITED and may not be reproduced or distributed without our prior written permission.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. These Terms are governed by the law of England & Wales.
