Refund policy
At Celsia Skin (a trading name of TAK ZONE LIMITED), we stand behind every product we sell. This policy sets out your rights and how to make a return. Nothing here limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Free pre-paid returns
Every order includes a free pre-paid returns label. Simply use it to send your item back — no printing costs, no postage to pay.
Your right to cancel — 14-day cooling-off period
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without giving an explanation. Once you notify us of your decision to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s) using the pre-paid label enclosed in your parcel.
We will issue your refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of you providing us with proof of return — whichever is earlier. Refunds include the standard delivery charge you paid; we do not deduct a return postage fee.
Condition of returned items
We ask that items be returned in a resaleable condition wherever possible. We handle each case with common sense — if you have any concerns about the condition of an item before returning it, please contact us first.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a full refund including any delivery charge paid. Please report this within 30 days of delivery, with a photograph where possible, by emailing support@celsiaskin.co.uk with your order number.
How to start a return
Email support@celsiaskin.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Use the pre-paid label included in your parcel to send your item(s) back. Once received, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
All refunds are returned to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider’s processing times may vary.
