How it works

100 points = £5 store credit, applied as a one-time discount code
Points are credited automatically after your order is placed, and confirmed by email
Points can only be redeemed against future purchases — they cannot be exchanged for cash, withdrawn, or transferred to another account
Redemption codes are single-use and tied to your account — if you have items in your basket when you generate a code, it's applied automatically and you're taken straight to checkout
Earned points expire 12 months after the date they were earned
