These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of celsiaskin.co.uk and any purchases you make from us. By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.
Celsia Skin is a trading name of TAK ZONE LIMITED, registered in England & Wales (company no. 14879682), registered office: 2 Limewoods Way, Lincoln, Lincolnshire, LN2 4ZN.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
1. Eligibility
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Our products are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
2. Products and pricing
We aim to describe and display all products accurately. However, colours, packaging, and formulations may vary, and product images are for illustrative purposes only. All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and update prices or availability at any time. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
3. Consultation-only products
Certain professional-grade skincare products on our site are available only after a satisfactory free consultation, reviewed by a qualified professional, to help ensure the product is suitable and safe for your skin. By purchasing such products, you acknowledge that you have completed this process or that you accept responsibility for your own product selection.
4. Orders and payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. A binding contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. An order confirmation email is acknowledgement only, not acceptance.
Payment is taken securely at checkout via our payment processor. We do not store your card details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, for example where a product is out of stock, where a pricing error has occurred, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued promptly.
5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of placement (on working days) and to deliver within 5 working days. Full details of delivery charges and timescales are set out in our Shipping Policy.
6. Returns and cancellations
You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Every order includes a free pre-paid returns label. Full details are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.
7. Intellectual property
All content on celsiaskin.co.uk — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to TAK ZONE LIMITED and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
8. Privacy and data protection
We take your privacy seriously and handle your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details of what data we collect, why, and your rights.
9. Medical disclaimer
Information on this website is for general education only and does not constitute medical advice or a diagnosis. Skincare recommendations and any AI-assisted suggestions are reviewed by a qualified professional. Always patch test new products and consult a doctor regarding medications, pregnancy, or existing skin conditions.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, loss of profit, or losses that were not foreseeable to both parties at the time your order was placed.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these Terms.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the website after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
