Shipping policy
We dispatch all orders in discreet, plain, unbranded packaging via tracked UK delivery. This policy explains delivery costs, timescales, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Delivery charges
- FREE Next Working Day Delivery on all orders — no minimum spend.
Delivery timescales
- Orders placed before 3PM on a working day are delivered the next working day.
- Orders placed after 3PM, or on a weekend or bank holiday, are treated as placed on the next working day and delivered the working day after that.
Next working day delivery is our standard service, and the great majority of orders are delivered within this timeframe. On occasion, a small number of orders may take an additional 1–2 working days beyond this. This can happen for reasons such as delivery-address eligibility or area limitations, warehouse, fulfilment, supplier, or dispatch-related issues, courier or carrier operational delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Where we become aware of a delay affecting your order, we will let you know as soon as possible.
You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Delays and issues
Carriers occasionally experience delays beyond our control. If your tracking has not updated within the expected window, or your parcel arrives damaged, please contact support@celsiaskin.co.uk and we will resolve it promptly.
