Heliocare provides advanced anti-ageing UV protection. The range consists of ultra-smooth, easy-apply advanced sunscreens combining high technology mineral & nonmineral filters with photobiological protectants, featuring Fernblock, a natural fern extract unique to Heliocare.

Fernblock™ is derived from a natural fern that has adapted and evolved to protect itself from the harmful effects of UVA and UVB radiation. The extract has been proven in extensive scientific and clinical studies around the world to offer skin-specific anti-oxidant activity and advanced UV protection that goes way beyond traditional sunscreens by providing four advanced levels of protection:

• Activating the skin's immune defences before, during and after sun exposure
• Inhibiting DNA damage in skin cells which can lead to cancer
• Helping to prevent structural changes in the skin and slowing the ageing process
• Reducing sun-induced allergic skin reactions

Non-oily, easy-apply, light to the touch formulation with a skin-tone enhancer, giving a healthy bronzed look. Ideal for daily use and all skin types, it provides optimum photoageing protection whilst mask uneven areas of skin tone and blemishes.

UVA/UVB filters: Ultra-advanced mineral filters and non-mineral filters expertly combined to provide high level UVA/UVB protection with an elegant skin-feel and look.

Photobiological protectants – Fernblock®: Natural fern extract rich in polyphenols and flavonoids, combined with Green Tea extract, provides biological photo-protection.

Panthenol & Vitamin E: Provide intensive moisturisation and additional antioxidant activity.

Directions:

Uniformly apply small quantities in the morning, gently smoothing over skin surface for a healthy, tanned appearance. Reapply every 2-3 hours during periods of high sun exposure
